At some exhibitor booths at the “Stamp Festival”, numbered entry tickets and purchase limits will be in place to ensure that all visitors can enjoy the event safely. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
【Exhibitors distributing numbered tickets】
*Please note that the content is subject to change without prior notice.
*Staff will guide you to the ticket distribution area on the day of the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following their instructions when lining up.
*Overnight waiting and arriving before 7:15 AM at or around the venue are strictly prohibited in consideration of the venue, nearby residents, and for safety and medical reasons.
*All visitors, including those purchasing same-day tickets, will be asked to queue in order of arrival. However, this does not guarantee the order of entry. Please understand that the entry sequence may vary depending on operational needs.
*If any disruptive or prohibited behavior is observed, staff may speak to the individuals involved. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.

About the Numbered Tickets:Each ticket indicates your designated shopping time. Please come near the booth 5 minutes before your assigned time.
*Tickets will be distributed at random. Please note that shopping times are not determined by the order in which you arrive.
*Tickets will be considered invalid if lost or if you do not arrive at the designated time. Thank you for your understanding.

Number of Tickets Distributed:Limited to the first 100 tickets each day
About the Numbered Tickets:Each ticket contains a number and a QR code. We will call guests at the booth in numerical order.
*By scanning the QR code on your ticket, you can check the current number.
*If your number is called and you are not near the booth, please inform a staff member.
*Please note that lost tickets will be considered invalid.

About the Numbered Tickets:Each ticket contains a number and a QR code. We will call guests at the booth in numerical order.

*Please note that if you are not near the booth when your number is called or if you lose your ticket, it will become invalid.
*Even after the numbered tickets have been distributed, if there are still products available, they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
（4）手紙舎雑貨店
If you wish to purchase works by Redbug, please apply in advance via the online “Purchase Order Lottery.”
*The sales location will be the Tegamisha Zakkaten booth.
*On Saturday the 19th, only those with lottery tickets will be admitted throughout the day.
*On Sunday the 20th, depending on the situation, there may be on-the-day registration available. After the venue opens on the 20th, numbered tickets for purchase order will be distributed at the Tegamisha Zakkaten booth. After serving those with lottery tickets, purchases will be made in order. Please note that those who participated in the lottery cannot be served again.
