At some exhibitor booths at the “Stamp Festival”, numbered entry tickets and purchase limits will be in place to ensure that all visitors can enjoy the event safely. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.<\/p>\n

\u3010Exhibitors distributing numbered tickets\u3011<\/strong>
\n*Please note that the content is subject to change without prior notice.
\n*Staff will guide you to the ticket distribution area on the day of the event. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following their instructions when lining up.
\n*Overnight waiting and arriving before 7:15 AM at or around the venue are strictly prohibited in consideration of the venue, nearby residents, and for safety and medical reasons.
\n*All visitors, including those purchasing same-day tickets, will be asked to queue in order of arrival. However, this does not guarantee the order of entry. Please understand that the entry sequence may vary depending on operational needs.
\n*If any disruptive or prohibited behavior is observed, staff may speak to the individuals involved. Failure to follow staff instructions may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases.<\/p>\n

\n*Tickets will be distributed at random. Please note that shopping times are not determined by the order in which you arrive.

*The sales location will be the Tegamisha Zakkaten booth.
\n*On Saturday the 19th, only those with lottery tickets will be admitted throughout the day.
\n*On Sunday the 20th, depending on the situation, there may be on-the-day registration available. After the venue opens on the 20th, numbered tickets for purchase order will be distributed at the Tegamisha Zakkaten booth. After serving those with lottery tickets, purchases will be made in order. Please note that those who participated in the lottery cannot be served again.<\/p>\n
